05 24 2010 Big Bro

Daniel is such a good big brother. We go up to
our area playground almost every day. Daniel loves
to push the stroller. I'm just glad it is easy to push
so I am able to help steer at the front at the stroller
while Daniel pushes.

Dennis had a talk about share and playing with
Justin when he gets older. I had left the room and
came back to find this. Daniel was sharing his trains
with Justin.
So I didn't get a picture of this but thought it was
funny. So I was changing one of Justin's many many
diapers and Daniel was right there. He had gotten out
a wipe and wanted to help change Justin's diaper by
wiping his bum. I let him. What a big helper. If I could
get him the change the diaper every time and I didn't have
to do it, I would. But he's not old enough yet. Too bad.

05 23 2010 Justin's First Bath

We gave Justin his first bath on Sunday. He needed
to be clean for his first day at church. Justin didn't
mind the initial water but as I cleaned him he was not
the biggest fan.

I meant to take more picts with Daniel but didn't.
This is the same outfit Daniel wore his first day
of church. He is swimming in the clothes but still
a handsome boy.

05 012 2010 Baby Justin

So my friend Alicia is a wonderful photographer. She
offered to come over and take pictures of our newest
member. These are a few of my favorites. She did a
wonderful job considering her little model was not
so cooperative. please do not copy pictures without permission.

I love his fly away hair.

My Boys

Daniel and Justin
Daniel is such a big help with Justin. He
runs to him whenever he is crying. He loves
to pat his head and give him kisses.
Such a good Big Bro.

05-18-10

Happy Birthday Dennis. We made Dennis cinnamon
rolls for breakfast. Breakfast in bed. Daniel sang
to him.

Daniel loves to cook. We are making Daddy's cake.

I didn't have enough frosting for the whole cake
so I made a small cake and cupcakes and frosted
what we could.
Daniel helping Daddy blow out the candles.

So like I said, Daniel is very helpful. When Justin
was crying, Daniel ran over to sing to him. He
has a small hymn book. I did take a video but decided
to spare everyone since our family does not have
any music ability. Daniel say "La la la" over and over.

Tonight my boys are bonding over, can you guess, no
not baseball but
Star Wars.
Notice Justin is totally interested. He is either asleep
or crying. That's my boy.

05 15 2010 3 Years Down a Lifetime to Go

What seemed like 3 long years while going through school
seemed to also go by so fast when watching Daniel
grow. Congratulations Dennis. You did an awesome job
balancing school and family. We love you.

How do you make it through law school? By having
good friends.

We enjoyed a wonderful lunch with our parents.
Thanks for coming.
We were also invited to our friends to celebrate.
We were the last to show. Bob's dad was very nice
to Daniel and played pool with him. I felt a little bad
when we didn't get Daniel to the bathroom and he
ended up wetting his pants. Enough to get on their
floor.
This is our homemade cake. This is as good as it
gets when having a baby 1 week old. Daniel also
had to help. When we went to eat the cake, Daniel
had to have candles on them and sing a song. So we
made one up.
We are so proud of Dennis. We love you!!

Justin Michael Evans

What's up with these Evans boys having to come early?
Justin Michael Evans
Born May 8 @ 12:57 am
7lb 14oz (good thing he came early)
20in long

He passed his hearing test. Yeah!!

The first time we asked Daniel to tell baby brother
hi, he leaned over to my tummy to talk. Justin was
sitting on my chest. Too funny.
So far so good. He loves his little brother. The only thing
is, is when Daniel is done or wants your attention, he thinks
Justin should be in bed. And Daniel will tell you that.

Nana and Gramps rushed down and made it in time
for the delivery. Much faster then Daniel's arrival.
As soon as I got the epidural things went into motion.
I got it and with in 2hrs our little Justin arrived.
Thanks Mom and Dad M. for coming.
Once Grandma and Grandpa heard they rushed down
to get Daniel and bring Dennis to the hospital (since I
had the car). I was induced for low fluid AGAIN.
Thanks Mom and Dad C for watching Daniel.

Justin had a little jaundice so we stayed the full
48hrs. I was ready to come home. We came home
today May 10th.
This is our very cheesy family,
minus Daniel who is with Nana and Gramps.
